Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking HVAC Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems at the Tempe campus. Work may be at other ASU campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to interpret schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance andDiagnostics in HVAC.
• Capable of working safely with refrigerants and tools.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Document work and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist senior technicians and mentor junior staff.
• Support on-call duties and emergency responses.
