Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment, and repair a variety of systems including DX, chillers, and data-center cooling units. You will handle Liebert, Stulz, and Data Aire equipment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and clear communication with customers.

You will read wiring diagrams, use multimeters, and apply refrigeration knowledge to service and optimize performance while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Basic refrigeration cycle understanding and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient use of multimeters for voltage/current/resistance.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on DX equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment including compressors, motors, VFDs, VAV systems.
• Repair and service commercial HVAC and data-center cooling systems.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and document activities.
