Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking an HVAC Technician II to join our Facilities & Maintenance team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with commercial industrial equipment or equivalent education.
• Must read, understand and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings.
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain applicable log books.
• Conduct inspections and change parts as necessary.
