Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an HVAC Technician II for its Corporate Maintenance team in Oklahoma City. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on HVAC/R and plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, interpret blueprints, and support building operations.

On-call availability and safety adherence are required. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid HVAC-R Journeyman’s license and EPA license, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC, residential or commercial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitors Energy Management System alarms and investigates issues.
• Inspects building to determine airflow and ventilation needs.
• Responds to temperature complaints and troubleshoots HVAC/R systems.
• Reads blueprints, specifications to determine component configurations.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical components of HVAC/R equipment.
