Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician I to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on corporate HVAC/R and plumbing systems. You will troubleshoot and repair systems and support building maintenance and distribution operations.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, schedules, and wiring diagrams, planning tasks, and completing repairs safely with OSHA-compliant practices. Candidates should have a HS diploma and 0-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or trades is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office for work orders and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC/R systems and plumbing in corporate facilities.
• Read blueprints, sketches, and wiring diagrams to determine configuration and purpose of components.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, perform repairs, and document actions.
• Install plumbing fixtures and components; ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate repair records.
