Solution One Industries is seeking an HVAC Mechanic I for our client at JBMDL, NJ. Under supervision, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

The role requires knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to read blueprints and work safely in occupied spaces. You will travel between facilities, manage materials and time, and collaborate with staff and customers to ensure top-notch service.

Qualifications

• HVAC theory and field experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and install/repair HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of safety, regulations and indoor air quality.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount and install HVAC components per plans.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and system parts.
• Install evaporators, valves, humidifiers; connect piping.
• Inspect systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair heating/cooling equipment.
• Travel between facilities as needed and work independently or with a team.
