Job summary

Integrity Heating & Cooling in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. You’ll provide honest recommendations and deliver excellent customer service while working with state-of-the-art equipment.

This role offers competitive pay ($60K–$150K+ with bonuses and spiffs), a take-home vehicle, comprehensive insurance, paid training, and generous PTO/holidays. No on-call rotation and no Sundays, with company-paid training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Provide honest recommendations for repair vs. replacement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development – Company paid.
