Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to support campus housing properties. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and focuses on mechanical upkeep, safety, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Requirements include a high school diploma and HVAC certification, plus a valid driver's license. Candidates should demonstrate strong diagnostic and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining

Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Excellent diagnostic skills are essential.

Attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks.
Ability to follow instructions efficiently.
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned.
Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, facilities and safety concerns.
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairs.
Prep/turn of vacant units/suites.
Maintain grounds and common areas; light carpentry and drywall touch-ups.
Take after-hours on-call duties as assigned.
Ensure interior and exterior property cleanliness and upkeep.
Address life-safety issues promptly (fire alarms, hazards).
