Qualifications

• HVAC service experience in a residential setting.
• Current and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Professional set of tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about HVAC systems and preventive maintenance tips.
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Respond to service requests within the defined time frame.
• Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Document service work and parts used in Service Titan.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
