Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement plans from Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Adapt to new industry techniques and equipment as required.
• Effective communication with residents and the team.
• Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspect, monitor, and evaluate efficiency and safety of systems.
