SALS HEATING AND COOLING INC is seeking an HVAC Installer to safely install HVAC equipment per client requirements, keep customers informed, and ensure work meets local codes for residential and light commercial accounts.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage with potential earnings from commissions and bonuses. Benefits include a company truck, health and dental insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Formal vocational training or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Good people skills; field experience preferred.
• Ability to work with smart devices.
• Push/pull/lift 75 lbs or more.
• Qualified driving record; CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per client requirements and keep client informed.
• Ensure work meets company standards and applicable codes.
