Job summary

Hawk's Services in Minnesota is seeking a full-time HVAC technician to install and service HVAC systems, with a focus on customer comfort and safety. The role requires at least 2 years of HVAC experience and a strong willingness to learn more on the job.

You will work with a team, communicate with supervisors, and handle paperwork related to scopes of work and inventories. A driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands are required.

Qualifications

• You have 2 years of experience in HVAC systems.
• You show drive to learn more to better serve customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• You stay in contact with your supervisor and team to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• You install HVAC systems and help people live comfortably and safely.
• You stay current with HVAC industry systems to ensure correct, efficient installations.
• You discover creative solutions to installation challenges and respond to emergencies with safety as a priority.
• You prepare written materials (scope of work, work orders, bids, inventory) as needed.
