Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center in Findlay, OH seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to operate, maintain and repair hospital HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VAVs and building automation. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements include a High school diploma, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a minimum of 5 years' HVAC experience. An Ohio driver’s license is required; an Associate degree is preferred. On-site work with on-call duties.

The purpose of a HVAC Technician is to perform a variety of duties in and around the Health System facilities and properties to operate, maintain, and repair equipment and physical structures under the direction of the Manager of Facility Services or his designee. Adheres to BVHA's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. Develops Policies and Procedures to ensure continual delivery of HVAC mechanical service.

This position requires a full range of body motion with intermittent activities in walking, lifting, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting and standing.
