The apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all work orders promptly
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring readiness for new tenants
• Maintain grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements professionally, meeting industry standards

Requirements:

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
• Apartment maintenance experience
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as required
