Job summary

InterSolutions in Bensalem, PA is seeking Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities. Part-time or full-time opportunities, pay rate $24–$28 per hour, and opportunities for permanent placement with top property management companies.

You will complete service tickets, prepare vacant apartments for leasing, maintain grounds, and provide excellent resident service while performing repairs and installations to industry standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus.
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.
