InterSolutions is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities in Midland, TX. This opening offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with a pay rate of $22–$27 per hour. You will perform service requests, maintenance tasks, and ensure units are ready for leasing, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualified candidates have HVAC/EPA experience; certification is a plus. You should be able to lift 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.
