Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC service technician or comparable education.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency (filters, ducts, refrigerants).
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Test joints or connections for leaks using a pressure gauge or soapy solution.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity with appropriate tools.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
