FS PLUMBING HEATING AND GENERAL CON is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and cooling systems in homes or businesses. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC systems and EPA certification, and a team-oriented yet independent work style.

A candidate who values quality workmanship, patient customer service, and efficiency will thrive in this position. A valid driver’s license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
• EPA certification held.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with furnaces, AC condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency (filters, ducts, refrigerants).
• Establish rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Test joints/connections for leaks with pressure gauge or soap solution.
• Test electrical circuits/components for continuity.
• Repair or replace defective equipment or wiring.
