Job summary

HiFyve is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for the Green Bay, WI area. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $27+ per hour, depending on skills and experience.

This full-time role requires flexibility in hours during peak season and includes rotating on-call weekends for emergency service responses. The position involves delivering and installing portable HVAC equipment, training customers, troubleshooting systems, and performing regular maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HVAC experience preferred.
• HVAC certificate preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing climate control equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to safely work with propane and natural gas connections.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install portable HVAC and climate control equipment at customer locations.
• Train customers and authorized operators on the safe use of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and climate control equipment.
• Understand the operation, specifications, capabilities, and controls of rental equipment.
• Install flexible gas hose for propane and natural gas applications.
• Safely inspect and verify gas connections.
• Clean, test, and inspect returned equipment to ensure proper operation and appearance.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, installations, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, serial numbers, and rental tracking.
• Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers.
• Safely operate company vehicles and follow all company safety procedures.
• Support emergency service calls through a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform general shop duties and assist with equipment preparation and maintenance
