Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an HVAC Technician in Elmont, NY to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems across client sites. The role requires travel to local sites and delivering high-quality service, safety, and compliance at all times.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in HVAC maintenance, a valid driver's license, and an EPA Universal Refrigeration License, plus a 2-year HVAC certificate or state license.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher, with relevant technical certification or equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
• Valid driver’s license and EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
• Proven ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial and commercial HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
