Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems and components.

Skills

Knowledge of service techniques for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems

Familiarity with NEC and HVAC codebooks

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Texas HVAC license

Valid Texas driver’s license

EPA Refrigerant Transition and Recovery/Certification

Tools

Hand and power tools
