Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Highland Springs community in North Dallas, Texas, is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across residential apartments and public areas of the campus.

You will respond to emergency calls, monitor efficiency and safety, and work with Engineering/Maintenance to implement plans. Requires 1+ year HVAC maintenance experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication with residents and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspect, monitor, and evaluate efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble‑free operation
