Erickson Senior Living Highland Springs in North Dallas, TX, is hiring an HVAC Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas on our campus. You will perform light maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems to ensure comfort and safety for residents.

Requirements include at least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience, ability to follow engineering plans, and strong communication with residents and team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year HVAC maintenance experience
• Ability to implement plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting at $25.00 per hour.
