ConServ Building Services, LLC in Cullman, AL is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician. Earn $28-$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC/R systems including RTUs and ice machines, with on-call rotation and opportunities to advance into lead tech or management. The role offers strong growth potential within a well-established regional service provider.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently is essential.
• On‑Call rotation is one week on and one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
