ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Birmingham, AL. The role pays $28–$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Responsibilities include servicing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems, working on RTUs, walk-ins, and ice machines, and performing preventative maintenance. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-call rotations and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field experience required or preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks.
• On-call rotation commitment is part of the role.
• EPA Universal Certification is required to service equipment.
• Valid driver's license required for site visits.

• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
