The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond quickly to issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize HVAC and facility mechanical systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment (air handlers, RTUs, chillers, pumps, motors, VFDs, ventilation, controls).
• Respond rapidly to equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS; manage work orders and inspections.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to prioritize work.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning; on-call support as needed.
