Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Residential or commercial HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Help install and replace air conditioning systems, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
• Use common hand tools, power tools, and HVAC equipment.
• Assist with basic electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Help install thermostats, electrical components, and HVAC accessories.
• Assist with running refrigerant lines, drain lines, and electrical wiring.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials at job sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, including changing filters and cleaning coils.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other general HVAC duties as assigned.
