Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician Apprentice to join our team at Adams Power in Elkhorn, WI. As an apprentice, you will learn from experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Learn troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment issues
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Occasional later hours and weekends may be required based on workload and customer needs.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves heavy lifting of up to 75 pounds, climbing onto roofs, tall buildings, attics, and crawl spaces. All safety measures and PPE will be used in accordance with OSHA standards.
