ARS in Austin, TX is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who diagnose, repair, maintain, and evaluate residential systems.

You'll troubleshoot furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, deliver high-quality service, and communicate with homeowners while complying with local codes. This is a stable, year-round role with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced HVAC technician with a solid background in residential service, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related comfort systems EPA certification universal & TDLR preferred
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation
• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely
• Capable of handling the physical demands of the trade, including lifting and carrying HVAC materials and equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate heating and air conditioning solutions
