Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HVAC Technician for 2nd shift to maintain and repair commercial building systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and controls. The role requires hands-on preventive maintenance, BMS/EMS operation, and coordination with engineers and contractors.
Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of field experience, EPA Universal and Freon reclaim certifications, OSHA training, and HVAC education.
HVAC Technician- 2nd Shift
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the proper Operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment. This includes but is not limited to: chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS/EMS.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $24.06 - $28.31
