Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical wiring and refrigerant handling
• Mechanical skills to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

Qualifications:

• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Additional HVAC certifications or training

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN

As an HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems. Your day will involve traveling to clients' homes to install new systems, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct repairs as necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are operating efficiently while also communicating clearly with clients about technical issues and recommending system improvements. You will work in various environments, utilizing your expertise to deliver quality service while adhering to local codes and safety regulations.

SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend work as needed
• Flexible hours, with the possibility of on-call shifts
