Job summary

Oceanview Heating & Cooling LLC is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians and Installers for a fast-paced residential and light commercial environment in Norfolk, VA area. You will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems, boilers, and ductless heat pumps, while delivering strong customer service and meeting codes.

Applicants must have EPA Type II certification, a valid driver's license, pass a background check and drug test, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician and formal training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA Certification.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, ductless heat pumps, and boilers.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductless heat pumps, and boilers.
• Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.
• Complete assigned projects on time.
• Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures.
• Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job.

We are looking to hire experienced HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service. The right individual can look forward to a positive work environment with increased opportunities for advancement within our company. Must be able to pass a legal background check, clean driving record, and drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductless heat pumps, and boilers
• Be aware of local building codes and ordinances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$28 per hour
