The Inn at Little Washington is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Engineering team on Forbes Five-Star, Michelin Three-Star property in Washington, Virginia. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and support facilities.

The Inn at Little Washington is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work at one of the most recognized luxury hospitality properties in the country, supporting a diverse portfolio of HVAC systems across guest accommodations, restaurants, commercial kitchens, offices, and support facilities.
Unlike a traditional service-truck position, you'll work on a single luxury campus with a wide variety of equipment. No dispatching across multiple customer sites, no sales quotas, and no pressure to upsell repairs. Instead, you'll focus on maintaining and improving systems that directly support an exceptional guest experience.
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the property.
This role works closely with the Engineering team to ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while maintaining the high standards expected of a Forbes Five-Star and Michelin Three-Star property.
