Job summary

Nh-Ross is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician & Installer to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will work with homeowners to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality service with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer.
• Valid HVAC certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, repairs, and installation procedures.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Repair and Replace HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and existing ductwork in residential settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to repair them.
• Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates, and address any questions.
• Maintain detailed records of services rendered and parts used during repairs and installations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with the best service possible.

PAY RANGE: $70,000 - $120,000 Per Year with Additional Bonus Opportunities
