Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Technician.

• NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The HVAC Technician performs residential HVAC service, maintenance, repairs, and installations while delivering quality workmanship and a professional customer experience.

Job Duties

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Technician
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Must display troubleshooting capabilities and be confident with diagnosing and explaining diagnosis to customers
• Must be comfortable teaching and mentoring young adults entering the HVAC trade, with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to lead by example.
• NATE certification preferred

Compensation: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
