Job summary

Vinik Sports Group in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an HVAC technician to perform day-to-day maintenance across multiple facilities, ensuring reliable climate control and compliance with safety standards.

The role is on-site with occasional remote work. You will maintain and repair chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, and refrigeration equipment, and respond to energy management system controls during extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining climate control systems and associated equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and energy management procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair climate control components across facilities.
• Program and monitor cycling of climate control systems via DDC processor.
• Test and treat energy systems and cooling towers as needed.
• Maintain air handlers and boilers; monitor energy management procedures.
• Repair ice-making and refrigeration equipment; monitor chillers.
