Job Summary

Keith Lawson Services is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician in the Tallahassee area. This position will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and systems to provide comfort inside facilities.
• Inspect systems and components (e.g., air conditioning, heating, refrigeration units) to ensure safety, identify repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems to determine repair and replacement needs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing system functionality.
• Process service calls, work-orders, and maintenance requests using mobile technology and MS Office applications.
• Operate company vehicle safely, maintain its appearance, schedule maintenance, and manage parts inventory.

Follow dispatcher’s instructions for collecting payments.

Be on-call or standby as scheduled by the dispatcher.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electricity, wiring, and control circuits.
• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Availability for night, weekend, and holiday emergency calls.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean background check.
