Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical—an ARS brand—is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service home heating and cooling systems. You’ll work on furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, delivering high-quality service to homeowners and ensuring code-compliant installations.

The role offers strong earning potential with an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, along with benefits and a take-home service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experienced HVAC technician with a solid background in residential service, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related comfort systems.
• EPA certification universal & TDLR preferred.
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation.
• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely.
• Capable of handling the physical demands of the trade, including lifting and carrying HVAC materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating and air conditioning solutions.
• Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.
