Job summary

Gundlach HVAC is looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems in the Richmond, VA area. You will perform thorough inspections, explain findings to customers, and complete accurate work orders while upholding safety and company standards.

We offer weekly pay, monthly commissions, and weekly bonus opportunities, along with medical, dental, vision, HSA options, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
