Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Conduct detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life and prevent unplanned downtime
• Innovate customer interactions by not just fixing but enhancing their system through upselling appropriate energy solutions and service agreements
• Maintain meticulous records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service and accountability
• Collaborate with a team of passionate technicians, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency
  
  

Requirements:

• EPA certification is required
• NATE certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is beneficial
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, work on ladders, and in tight spaces
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
