Job summary

CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center is seeking an HVAC Technician to operate and maintain its heating and ventilation systems across the hospital. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, environmental controls, and safe handling of systems in a patient-care setting.

Demonstrates ability to effectively use and instruct in the proper use of test equipment required for building repairs and maintenance (i.e. Volt/Ohm Meter, electronic receptacle analyzer, safety testing equipment, infrared devices, etc.). 7. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of repair procedures and practices related to carpentry, plumbing devices, electrical work, lock cylinders, painting, door hardware, drain blockage, and general building and machine repairs as monitored by managers and team leaders. 8. Demonstrates thorough knowledge, repair, inspection use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in building maintenance and plant repairs. 9. Demonstrates thorough knowledge, repair, use, and the instruction in the use of measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, dividers, micrometers, gauges, etc. 10.
