Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of residential and light‑commercial HVAC systems at multiple properties. The role includes installation work, coordinating with contractors, and providing clear, courteous service to residents and homeowners.

The ideal candidate will have proven HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems

• Diagnose and repair HVAC‑related electrical and plumbing components
• Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
• Communicate job status clearly with management and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

This role involves residential and light‑commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation across a variety of projects, including renovations and general maintenance.

Benefits
