The candidate must possess a valid D2 State of CT heating and cooling license as well as a certificate for refrigerant reclamation. Responsibilities include maintenance of HVAC systems, maintaining records, and successful completion of work orders. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. The position offers competitive benefits and requires on-call duties approximately every four weeks.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of commercial office or medical space experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
Self-sufficient and a team player.
Responsibilities
