Job summary

Nishant pvt.ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems in industrial, commercial, logistics, and cleanroom environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC/R maintenance experience, BAS and CMMS proficiency, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work safely and independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC/R maintenance experience in industrial and/or commercial environments.
• Experience with BAS and CMMS software.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation in industrial, commercial, logistics, and cleanroom environments.
• Use BAS and CMMS tools to monitor and document maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively to minimize downtime.

Shift: 1st Shift | Mon – Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $42.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems in an industrial, commercial, logistics, and cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R maintenance experience in industrial and/or commercial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read technical documents and computer-based work instructions.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one, if required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility security credentials.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to complete a respirator medical evaluation and fit test.
