Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician to provide exceptional service, maintain systems, and improve indoor air quality for homeowners.

Earn $24-$36 per hour, plus bonuses on sales and maintenance plans, and benefits including 100% employee medical, dental options, PTO, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and company shirts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with some seasonal overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HVAC field experience
• EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant
• Driver's license with a good driving record
• Completion of HVAC schooling or technical training (not currently enrolled)

As a heating and cooling expert with our small, family‑owned business, you'll enjoy getting to know our customer base. You'll also earn a competitive wage of $24 - $36/hour based on experience, plus bonuses on sales and maintenance plans sold. In addition, we provide our HVAC Technician with a company vehicle and company‑provided shirts.

This heating and cooling position also enjoys a work‑life‑balanced schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with some seasonal overtime available. There is also an on‑call rotation for emergency service.
