DEAR Services in Kent, WA is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join a results-driven team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with extensive HVAC knowledge.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational/technical training.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, pressure gauges, and other industry instruments.
• Ability to read and accurately follow operational and repair manuals.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing heating and air conditioning units to diagnose problems
• Performing accurate, thorough repairs, replacements, and general maintenance services while complying with all company safety and quality standards
• Maintaining your parts inventory and ordering replacements as needed
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership

YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN

• Inspecting and testing heating and air conditioning units to diagnose problems
