Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for projects located in or around Fort Wayne, IN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $42/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install HVAC systems and associated components
• Troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret schematic drawings and diagrams
• Diagnose system issues and perform repairs
• Replace faulty HVAC components and equipment
• Install compressors and condensers
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous HVAC installation and service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
• Experience with compressor and condenser installations
• Knowledge of HVAC system repair and component replacement
• Must have tools of the trade
• Proper PPE required
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
