Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is expanding and seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. You will diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems, with training and advancement opportunities.

We offer competitive pay with hourly base pay plus commission and bonuses, overtime eligibility, retirement benefits, paid time off, and a professionally maintained company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC Service Technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred.
• NATE Certification is preferred.
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and HVAC controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and comprehensive system inspections.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Clearly communicate technical findings and service options to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• NATE Certification.
