We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our team, where you'll work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, as well as pellet stoves and gas fireplaces. Thompson Best Heating & Air Conditioning services multiple states and counties around Frederick, MD.

Job Responsibilities

1. Must possess a minimum of three years working as a senior technician for a heating and air conditioning company.
2. MD HVAC Journeyman's License
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems.
4. Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
5. Install and service pellet stoves and gas fireplaces.
6. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
7. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
8. Maintain accurate records of services provided.
9. Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
10. Drive and maintain a company-provided work vehicle.
