HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician for our Dallas-area operations. You will inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including CRAC/CRAH units, Airewalls, chillers, condensers, and pumps.

The role requires performing PMs per schedule and promptly addressing failures to protect IT assets. Responsibilities include replacing filters and other components, responding to temperature excursions, and escalating incidents for root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty.
